Robert Pasick Ph.D, is a Clinical and Organizational Psychologist and Executive Coach. Since earning his Ph.D. from Harvard University in 1975 in Clinical Psychology and Public Practice he has provided leadership development services through teaching, coaching, speaking, and writing. He is currently the President of Leaders Connect and a Faculty Affiliate at the William Davidson Institute at the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.

A History of Successful Endeavors

•  Dr. Pasick has provided Strategic Consulting and Executive Coaching to executives from a wide variety of companies including; ABN-Ambro, Daimler Chrysler, Ford Motor, Reuters, Terumo Corporation, Esperion Therapeutics, Pfizer, United Bank and Trust, Zingerman's, and the University of Michigan. Most recently he has provided leadership development seminars for the Ministers of Government of Rwanda.

•  Dr. Pasick is also the Founder and President of LeadersConnect and CEO Connect, Leadership Development and Networking Programs for Executives and Entrepreneurs. .

•  At the Ross School of Business, Dr. Pasick has served as the "Team Coach" for forty-five teams in IMAP and EMAP, action-learning programs for first-year students in the MBA program. Dr. Pasick is the co-author of a case study on Reuters' response to the tragic events of September 11th.

•  Dr. Pasick is Faculty Affiliate at the William Davidson Institute at the University of Michigan Business School for whom he teaches in Africa, Europe, Asia and South America.

•  As an author Dr. Pasick has written and published five books in the past 14 years. His work has resulted in appearances on Oprah, The Today Show, NPR, and CNN.. Rob is currently working on a new book called, Balanced Leadership
